HOW TO ORDER by email or by telefax

the item-name and -number, the quantity of pieces, rolls or meters, and the shipping-address to which we send the package.

Payment arrangements and shipping

Soon after we receive your order you will get an order-confirmation by email in which we will tell you the exact shipping-costs and our banking-data.The shippingcosts are paid by the customer. The packages are shipped by DHL, after we received your payment.

The shipping- and package-costs are calculated depending on the weight. We will tell you the exact shippingcosts in our order confirmation you will get after we received your order.

You may send your order back within 14 days after receipt if the items are not damaged and not opened (wallpapers in original packing if there have been one).

 

Prices / Shippingcosts

The prices which were noted at the time of your order apply.

The costs for packing and shipping are a seperate item on the invoice. The amount of these costs are depending on the weight and/or size of your order. We will inform you about it in our order-confirmation which is send after we receive your order.  We will always choose the most inexpensive possibility for shipping.

Please note that this manufacturer has now imposed a 16,45 euro incl. VAT surcharge for anyone ordering just 1 roll of wallpaper.

Delay of payment occurs if the customer did not pay an invoice after the date which is noted on the invoice.

We cannot deliver in the case of strike, official orders and other cases we cannot control. If we are obstructed because of things out of our control you have the right to retreat from your order after 6 weeks.

We are allowed to ship your order in multiple packages if that will not increase the shipping-fees for you.

 

Contract of sale / order

With your order and sending our order-confirmation a binding contract of sale is accomplished.

 

Warranty / Liabilities

We use only insured shipping-methods. All products are checked carefully before they leave us. If you find material- or production-defects please let us know immediately. Please call us by telephone or write us an email to info@viptapete.de.

We can only be responsible if the products have been treated and used in a competent way.

All online-orders and services which are accomplish by us (located in Berlin, Germany) are based on our terms & conditions. With placing your order or at the latest with receiving the package our terms & conditions apply. Different agreements apply only if we have given our permission in written form.
